Through these search options you can easiliy identify coexpressed genes or gene coexpression neighborhoods associated with cis-regulatory motifs or GO categories. Alternatively, you can also start your search from a GO category of interest or from a user-defined gene set.

Search for coexpressed genes using a seed gene as query

Use an Arabidopsis gene name or keyword search to browse a gene's coexpression neighborhood (e.g. AT3G50070, AGL42 or proteasome alpha subunit).

Search for coexpressed genes using a GO category

Use a keyword search or GO term to find genes (e.g. GO:0006281 or DNA repair).

Find motifs by keyword or sequence search

Use a keyword search or sequence string to find motifs (e.g. E2F or ATTCCCGC). Note that also the reverse complemented sequence is used for motif searching.

Search gene coexpression neighborhoods using your genes as input

Past your Arabidopsis gene names below (e.g. AT3G50070, AT1G47230, AT2G27970). Please use space, tab, comma or newline/carriage return as delimiter. The 'Advanced' mode scores both the number of coexpressing genes as well as the correlation strength and provides a solid alternative to extend seed coexpression clusters.
